Red Dots, Scopes, or Open Sights?

Comparison is one of the quickest ways we can lose sight of who we are. “I wish I still looked like that” is something I hear from woman all the time. Trust me, I get it. When you go through perimenopause and menopause it’s inevitable that your body is going to change, you might look in the mirror and think “whose body is that!?” We must learn to accept our bodies as they currently are, focus on making them strong and celebrating all that they can do. I know that it’s easier said than done, but
