Sep 20, 2020 · Got the same problem here on both an iPad Pro 11” (2018) model as well as an iPad Pro 9.7”. Wish I had not upgraded to iPadOS 14. I have reset the all settings on both iPad’s but all to no avail. Restarting the iPads only works for a few minutes before they start reverting to the random app icon size changing.
