Bluetooth headset connected but mic not working
Aug 17, 2018 · Hi there I connected my Bluetooth headset to my windows 10 pc, its shows when connected " voice and music connected". But every time i tried to use my mic the audio stops and mic works and same vice versa. I want to be able to speak and listen at the same time like we do on laptop. Please help. thanks

Dec 20, 2024 · I have a Bluetooth headset with mic which works with my phone, and my other computer. When I connect to Windows 10 the speakers (headphones) work but the mic does not. The headset is paired with Bluetooth (headphones work). The device is listed under recording devices, enabled and is the default headphone and default headset.

Sep 22, 2021 · I am having difficulty getting my Skullcandy wireless headset's mic to work on my computer. When the mic is enabled, it mutes all audio from playing through the headphones. However, even with the mic enabled and set as the default mic, it is not picking up any sound. I know the mic works, I use it constantly connected to my phone.

Nov 9, 2020 · Recently I tried connecting my gen 1 Sony Gold wireless headset to my Surface Pro 6 via dongle. It installed just fine, was recognized right away, and I am able to hear sound and use the mic, but my mic volume is extremely low. I've maxed all settings for it and the input volume is averaging 10-12% when talking normally (see screenshots).
