Dec 29, 2021 · I am sad to say that this did not fix anything, but its not much of a bother anyway as my VR runs fine, the only problem I now face is it cant support enough power to power a USB 3.0 Hub that I plug into my USB 3.0 port only if it has more than 1 device plugged into it (it has 4 ports), I will probably just buy a Type C - Type A Hub and use the type c port on my laptop.
