SOLVED: Surface Pro 5th Gen Touch Screen Not Working

Using an online search, the most popular solution is to uninstall the Intel Precise Touch Device in Device Manager, restart, and let it get reinstalled during boot.

I have replaced many Digitizers for Surface Pro 3,4,5,6 and one thing I notice is for some replacements touch wont work immediately and it may take upto 5-10 mins.
