Mar 22, 2022 · It's been a month since I got the PRS SE Zach Myers and this are my thoughts on it: Pros: Sounds amazing, versatile, from Jazz to Rock including those 60's sounds Very comfortable to play, love the fat neck, as ergonomic as my Starla to play sitting down. Mar 14, 2022 · I didn’t see it publicized anywhere but I noticed the specs on the PRS website updated to reflect the SE ZM now has a 24.594 scale. With the SE 245 gone and a butt ton of 594 necks at the Cort factory, I guess it’s logical. However, the neck carve remains WF and not pattern vintage like the SE 594 range.

Dec 30, 2023 · I haven't played a Zach Myers, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but with 335-style semis I've always found them to be very thin sounding with gain, almost like an LP through a fuzz instead of amp gain. I like them just fine for cleans and mild overdrive, but as soon as the gain gets more into that "crunch" territory, I start to hate it.

Aug 14, 2018 · My Zach Myers is a fantastic guitar, I love that for an import, it has a wider nut/neck very similar to what you typically find on a traditional USA made guitar. I really like it. Only niggle was when I changed the nut and it was overzealously glued down.
