Freddie Joe "Jack" Brisco (September 21, 1941 – February 1, 2010) was an American amateur wrestler and professional wrestler. As an amateur for Oklahoma State, Brisco was two-time All-American and won the NCAA Division I national championship.

May 29, 2018 · Jack worked at the shop several days a week and enjoyed traveling with his wife, traveling to amateur wrestling tournaments and NASCAR events. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing as well. In 2008, Brisco was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Even though he had just had back surgery years ago, he and his wife, Jan, travelled an hour to co..me to our home and help Pam and I when we were first starting out as authors. He was a highly skilled wrestler (NCAA champ and NWA world champ) and just one hell of a nice guy. We had some fun lunches at a hangout called “Cricketers.”
