Aug 24, 2020 · I want to make the chocolate molds using a non-cocoa butter chocolate to save money and avoid having to temper. Can I do this with the hard plastic molds or should I use silicone? Or should i swap out the chocolate completely out of structural integrity reasons (like if a compound shell cant support filling, etc). I'd appreciate any input on this.
