Thinking about getting an item that they say comes with a 24 months warranty while the original manufacturer only gives a 1 year warranty. Sounds too good to be true. What do you think? CeX has recently blocked my country's access to their website
Apr 11, 2024 · All of my friends report the same issue, but the ones, who are abroad have no problem with using CeX's website. As you probably deduced from the headline of my post, I live in a country, where CeX is unavailable. However, I've had and still have a couple of friends, who live in the UK and come back from time to time to our home country.

May 16, 2021 · That sounds about right, don't live local to it at all, only been in once, worked for Cex for a good 7 years so used to pop into stores if we happened to be close just to have a look if they have anything interesting.

Apr 18, 2021 · 90% of the time this caused by a customer stealing the case. The re printing service is so CeX can sell on the titles without making a huge loss cause otherwise the games would just be scrapped or left in storage never to be sold. Some categories of game won't be re printed now such as original Xbox and if I remember GameCube.
