Veritas Prep is a tuition-free, nonselective public charter school. Any student in Springfield can apply to Veritas Prep and students are chosen via a lottery held each year. The application is very easy to complete.

In the fall of 2022, the school added a high school in response to demand from its community. The year-long high school design process involved families, faculty, alumni, and members of the community.
