2024-2025 Age Charts & Participation Levels CCHA player age eligibility is governed by the USA Hockey / Minnesota Hockey age and participation level classifications. Players will register for the age classification in which their birth date falls.

Each participant registering to play or coach will pay the USA Hockey fee and a Minnesota Hockey affiliate fee. Starting on April 1, 2022, USA Hockey membership fees will be as listed below based on players' birth years: Ages 6 & Under - $15; Ages 7-8 - $50; Ages 9-12 - $61; Ages 13-18 - $70; Ages 19 & Over, including coaches - $46 (No change)

Age classifications are established by Minnesota Hockey. Within each age classification, skill levels are also established (AA, A, B1, B2, C.) This is intended so games can be played with other teams of like size and skill.
