I have been looking around at different granulizer VSTs and I think the stock FL one will work best for me. However, it's not available as it's a super old VST (same as Fruity Gain but I can't remember how I got that VST to show up).

Nov 9, 2021 · Fruity Granulizer works (and granular synthesis in general works) is it takes an audio file and it basically plays back the sample. Ok nothing too special there, however, you can set when in the sample it plays and also when the playhead loops as well as amplitude envelopes for the slices when it plays.

Jul 11, 2020 · That was a very interesting video. I usually use Granulizer for percussive instruments as the instrument can be made to work very similar to old AKAI samplers. Resample a snare, stretch it out and play it up and down. A cornerstone of 90s rave music. I’ll definitely try making something melodic with it now though.

Dec 8, 2022 · Is there a way to sync Fruity Granulizer to the project tempo in FL Studio so that the grains aren't all offbeat and random? Question I've been messing around with some granular synthesis in FL studio but I can't figure out exactly how to line up the timing of the grains so that they land on beat instead of being randomly scattered throughout.

Nov 15, 2021 · I’ve been watching production videos and the bass you can make with using this is just insane to me, but Fruity Granulizer sounds more like squeezing a rubber balloon whereas Granulator II has textures that are just so crisp from what I can tell lol Thanks! (Also if they’re free then big plus obviously)

May 20, 2018 · Fruity Granulizer as Effect Plugin Is it possible to use Fruity Granulizer as an effect plugin or as a bus for other generators? i.e. sending a synth/multiple synths in real time to a granulizer preset.

Mar 9, 2019 · So after using FL studios fruity granulizer I have fallen in love with this style of synthesis. Fruity granulizer is a bit on the basic side and I wanted to give some other granular synths a try. So far I have tested out quanta and it's alright, but I don't seem to get as good of results compared to fruity granulizer.

Feb 19, 2023 · So fruity granulizer is one of my favourite plugins that's for sure. Unfortunately for about a week the "use regions" and "detect" options for transients just don't work for me, the sample always plays like the option was still on "off".
