What address to put in bibliography for Springer (and others)?
Some publishers like Springer appear variously with different addresses. Sometimes (in the case of Springer) it's "Berlin, Heidelberg", sometimes it's "Heidelberg, New York", or even "Berlin, Heidelberg, New York, London, Paris, Tokyo".

Furthermore, in a single book (incidentally published by Springer) i found "Springer-Verlag, Berlin", "Springer-Verlag, Berline[sic!], New York, Heidelberg" and "Springer-Verlag, Berlin-Heidelberg".

conference - Springer proceedings NOT indexed by Scopus

The thing is, for a work on paper to be justifiable for me, I need the conference proceedings to be either indexed by CPCI, Science, SS&H, or proceedings indexed in Scopus.

The status changed from Editor Assigned to Under Review and now it is showing "Reviews Completed" since past five days. Can anybody suggest what does it actually mean and is there any other stage before the decision is made?
