Many times this is where I will leave it, I will only move the tuner if things really get bad. On my score Rifle, (30BR), I will adjust the tuner to keep a tad of verticle in the Rifle.

They don't need to be adjusted for the weather. They don't need to be adjusted for the load. What a tuner does is give you a rifle that never surprises you.

They did not simulate any other reasonable and commonly used weights. Most tuners and brakes are between 2-6oz, nowhere near 16oz. Litz did the same thing testing up to 4lbs muzzle devices.
