The boat appears to be entirely original, including the 150HP Mercury. We've seen hundreds - maybe thousands - of Hydrostreams here, but to find one this old and in this condition is fantastically rare.

HydroStream offered some trim tabs for the Vectors in the 70's that were essentially aluminum angle, to be bolted in an exact location.

May 31, 2005 · I have a 79 Hydrostream Vector with an 86 Yamaha 150. I have just finished remodeling the boat and need some help with my setup. I am currently running the motor in the highest hole straight on the transom. The boat does pretty well there.
