I can play the files on the Max but not on my iPhone 12 after three months, neither on an iPhone 7 and now neither on my PC since the GoPro Player crashes after 3 seconds every time. Tried the solutions on that link. Also tried reinstalling the program, app and the HEVC codec. All were the last versions available to date.

Hi All, Gopro VR player wont import .360 files, infact it doesnt even recognise them to list them as available. the files are visable on the micro SD card in file explorer, so they exist but are not visable to edit in the VR player windows software.

I have 3D 180 VR Videos and I want do project them on a 3D TV (3D SBS or Top-Bottom) and in a second use case as 2D Videos on a flat screen. I found that GoPro VR Player is able to project 3D 360 Videos (spherical) to SBS 3D (flat) (see screenshot 1), but this is not a correct projection when using 3D 180 (spherical) videos.

Apr 12, 2022 · Restarted the PC. Reinstalled GoPro Player from the Microsoft Store (version 2.0.20.1807). Still doesn't show the 360° photo, just the Player's start screen. Restarted the PC. Same result. Tried to display 360° photos from last year which had displayed successfully with GoPro Player previously. No success.

Sep 4, 2022 · Nothing changes within the GoPro Player when I try to open a .360 video file, except, I see the file name in the header bar next to the GoPro Player name. The background image of the skier (orange jacket asking and looking down the fall line, chair lift off to the left) remains. No video ever appears, nor do I hear any audio.
