TUKWILA, Wash. — A man who was walking to work in Tukwila Tuesday night was the victim of a drive-by shooting.

Officers say the man was headed to his overnight shift around midnight when someone drove up to him and shot him.

Many big cities have seen homicide numbers return to prepandemic norms. That hasn't yet been the case in Seattle.
