The Las Vegas Raiders don't yet have a new head coach. They do, however, have a new leader for their front office, on Wednesday finalizing a deal to hire John Spytek, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ' assistant general manager, as their own general manager, according to CBS Sports NFL insider Jonathan Jones.

An NFL insider explained how Tom Brady convinced a highly coveted head coaching candidate to interview for the Las Vegas Raiders head coaching position.

According to NFL Network, the team is expected to hire John Spytek, who has spent the past nine seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, including the last two as assistant general manager, to fill its vacant GM position.
