Hi, we have 80 acres of parkland in front of the hall, where dogs are welcome on lead up the public footpath towards Summer House Hill, which has the most amazing views of Silverdale & Morecambe Bay. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs in the house and formal gardens. The car park has shaded areas and a tap if water is needed for your dog. Many thanks

Hello there, Please forgive the lateness of this reply. We provide a ramp for anyone who is wheelchair bound and wishes to take part in a tour of the house. The upstairs is not accessible by wheelchairs, unfortunately but as most of the tour is contained in the ground floor part of the house, only a short part of the tour is actually missed. Our tea rooms and gift shop can be accessed via the front lawn so, stairs are completely avoidable. With the exception of the woodland walk, there is a wheelchair friendly path all the way around the gardens. I hope this answers your query satisfactorily but please do not hesitate to get in touch if we can be of any more help. Kind regards.
