Are there any benches inside the tunnel so ones can sit for a few min before continuing on the walk? This is longer in feet than the white water walk, and they had nowhere to sit along the path. Only at the very start and very end.

3 hours including time to park & buy tickets. Lots to see & read. The elevator to the walkway to the Falls takes time if there are crowds.
