not happy with the service from fox i needed a part for my 12000 fs reel but it was out of stock emailed them about 6 times with no joy i always buy fox reels but no longer i think this is a fault in… Full review by BjS-6

Absolutely useless...Had an account with fox as i have a fishery with a tackle shop on site...i have been trying for over a year to order stock, i have sent emails and made phone calls to a sales rep… Full review by DanM-2132
