The West Pier Trust was created in 1978. It is a charity and a limited company which owns the pier and the rights that attach to it. It is non-profit making.
The structure is a bit unstable but it was beautiful to paddle board underneath it (yes I know it’s dangerous) definitely gonna visit it again Full review by Michael L

As John it would be a very wet tea! The pier is derelict now just a shell, currently building a viewing tower on sight. If you want a cream tea, try the Grand Hotel nearby.
