Go to their site shipwreck museum for room types, rates and contact info for reservations. I can’t list the exact Internet address here since trip advisor rejects message. Put the two words together and add the usual ending. It’s a beautiful place but the biggest recommendation I can make is to take big spray. Because of the trees and foliage there are a lot of mosquitoes.

I would give yourself about 3-4 hrs..its very interesting. Lots to look at and beach to walk. When you get done go have lunch at the fish house in paradise awesome.

As long as you are not in the Pictured Rocks national lakeshore, you can take them but not in any national parks area.

Is swimming permitted in Lake Superior at Whitefish Bay?

Yes, but it is very cold with strong currents at times. There is NO lifeguard.
