I am planning to avail transport services provided by FantaSea. Is it a group transfer or private transfer? Can the pick up time be of my choice? Do we get cabs there conveniently at night after the show?

It is group travel in a mini bus. They pick up from other hotels close to yours and drop you home again after the show. The pick up times were set. It was very convenient.
Why are there so many non-Asians on here complaining about animal abuse ? Elephants have been trained and used for hundreds of years in this part of Asia - it is part of the culture. If you don’t like the culture you should stay away rather than be so rude.
