The crux of the play is how historical racial violence can carry through the generations and impact upon what goes on in the bedroom years later, most particularly for inter-race couples. I’d never g… Full review by mrstraveller1

Saw Player Kings which was superb. Theatre is old and historic and that’s also a fun part of the experience. The seats are terrible though - very hard and not much leg room. It’s a chore to get throu… Full review by Writersblock82

Great venue , very helpful and friendly staff, plenty of places to get a drink and the toilets were spotless. Seats were very comfortable - just as well as the show was 3.5 hours long. We went to see… Full review by stephens473
Most venues in the US have very specific bag/ personalized item policies . Are there any specifications at this theater for the type or size of purse you can bring in? (I.e. clear , small clutch, etc)
A:
No specifications at all. Take what you like. If the bag is larger than a rucksack you'll likely to be asked to put it in the cloakroom
Hi, how easy is it to herald a taxi from outside the theatre on a Friday night (without prebooking)?
A:
hi always loads of taxis but loads of people also doing the same thing so you might have to wait a bit. Fridays in central London are always super busy
Seating: I go to NYC plays several times/year, but have never been to the theater in London. Now we are considering going to see NIGHT OF THE IGUANA and I'm a bit afraid of the seat reviews. We typically like to get either first row in balcony or a pair of seats with an aisle. These are both possibilities for this play/theater. But I'd also like to see how to buy a "box". How do you do that? Can it be done on line or do you have to call? Can someone share their experiences with box seats? Any boxes better than others in Noel Coward? Thanks in advance for any help.
I turn 50 on the 16/02 and decided to see The Girl From The North Country. As a rule, I stay local to home...Northampton or Milton Keynes. The reviews for the play thus far have been overwhelmingly exceptional. However, the Noel Coward Theatre itself....its old, I understand that. I’m going to be sat in the stalls, row L in the middle. The reviews have unanimously state the seating is uncomfortable and not enough leg room. Can’t do anything about leg room. Those that have sat in the stalls row L... bring a cushion?? Also is the stalls tiered or all on one level ?? Is it a good seating position as the seats are mid price?? I look forward to your response. Thanks in advance. Nadia

went today looking forward to it with my thirteen year old daughter.. terrible seats in the balcony . aa1 and aa2 seats have basically no view. so disappointed. theatre offered to let us stand at back and watch show in grand circle . after ten minutes restless thirteen year old fed up of standing. ruined birthday. unhelpful staff. back to staff who said could go back to original seats with no view or leave so left ....
Can anyone tell me what the view is like from the balcony please? Or would it be a better investment to sit nearer the stage?
A:
Sorry, can't remember for sure.....but I think we did have balcony seats and they were great.....we really liked this theater, and we have been to most in London.
