You have to walk up to the Tower. The nearest car park is at the top of Sunnyhurst Woods. Just past the Sunnyhurst pub on the right. It takes about 30 minutes to walk up from there.

Even the easiest path has some very steep bits and is very bumpy and rubbly, you'd be better off with one of the rucksack type carrier things unless your little one isn't very little any more, if they can walk some you might just have to be prepared to carry them for a while on the worst bits.
