can your dog on a lease come in to the park beside you.

You may not be allowed to go into the museum, but anything that's outdoors should be fine. It's a state park and most all of these are very pet friendly.

Are there any public swimming pools,or water parks near by?

There is a water park about an hour and 15 minutes away in Eddyville, Ky. Discovery park of America is 35 minutes away in Union City, Tn. Check them out on trip advisor too.
