Quick scenic river walks. Nice bridges. The walking bridge has metal grating over half of the path so one can see through it and view the water beneath. Full review by inchpebble

However, other things should be up and running so you may wish to drive over to ask any workers or people you see around the place ... You should be able to drive around without having to park in the lot and walk around ... There are many other good things to do in the Harrisburg area so enjoy your trip and have fun.

Will the train and carousel be open this Wednesday, Sept. 2?

I'm not positive, but there is a home Harrisburg Senators game that night. Usually the train is running on game nights. Not sure of the carousel schedule.
